Following the 6-step procedure below, satellite dish owners can in  a matter of minutes perform the installation of their dish cover. However, to ensure proper installation when the dish is in a 'hard to reach' area, we recommend that the services of professional installers be used. 

How to install your Full DSCoverTM

Part 1 - Cover Installation

Make sure that your LNB is mounted securely so it does not move when you install your cover.

1. Slip the DSCover over the LNB and bring it around the back of the dish.

2. Pull the cord tight especially at the top.

3. Tie the strings tightly and tuck excess cord inside the cover at the rear of the satellite dish.

4. Use the bungee cord to create a snug fit and further secure the cover to the dish as described below (See diagrams 3 & 4).

Part 2 - Bungee Cord Installation

1. Starting at the center top position of the DSCover, run one of the hooked ends of the bungee cord through each exposed draw string at every position.  Weave in one direction and secure this end of the bungee cord to the supporting dish bracket, by hooking the end of the bungee cord to the bracket.

2. Follow the same method to attach the other end of the first bungee cord to the DSCover (and the free hook) to the supporting dish bracket on the other side of the bracket.

3. Don't over tighten the bungee cord.

How to Install your Contour Set

Part 1 - The Flat Cover

1. Line up cover with the bottom of dish where the arm attaches to the dish and the bungee cords meet.

3. Attach loose ends of bungee cord together behind base of the dish.

2. While keeping the two aligned, pull cover over dish.

4. Adjust sides around dish as required for a snug fit.

Part 2 - The LNB Cover

1. Open velcro on LNB cover and slip over LNB.

2. Close velcro for a snug fit.
